Provision of Digital skills training for visually impaired persons, Provide carpet making, brush broom and mops making, candle and bougie making, traditional wicker making and leather crafts training.
Economic Empowerment
Linking post trainees to local credit associations facilitating loan through a revolving fund Salu provides. Ultimately enabling the target groups to start working as a group or individually.

Provision of braille literacy for visually impaired children ages 5-12 preparing them for inclusive education.
Previous Achievements
SSHBHA has made a lasting impact by empowering persons with disabilities through vocational training, enabling thousands to achieve self-sufficiency in various regions, including Addis Ababa, Hawassa, and Shashemene.
- Trained over 3000 PWDs in Addis Ababa, Hawassa, and Shashemene.
- Distributed mobility aids (wheelchairs, guide canes, etc.) to over 600 individuals.
- Established training centers in Addis Ababa and Hawassa.
- Reached over 25,000 beneficiaries through HIV/AIDS awareness programs.
- Facilitated HIV/AIDS prevention services, including peer education and sign language training.
